The Mil-Aero Command Post

Where great military and aerospace minds meet.

I, like many of my colleagues, friends, and family, have been perplexed as to where on the TV dial and the Internet we can turn for trustworthy, unbiased breakdowns of the recent presidential debates, the issues that matter, and more. In weeks past, we have searched tirelessly through a barrage of sensationalism, embellishments, and mistruths.
One baby boomer in my circle summed it up well, stating: “I remember when the news didn't have an agenda; it just informed us of the facts so we could decide for ourselves on issues. I hate that the media only reports what they want us to know.” Who are they to decide for us, to run the information through some subjective filter.

Truth in reporting -- it’s not too much to ask. That’s why I am excited to have come across FactCheck.org.

Have any thoughts, or other non-partisan fact-based resources for us, please?
