Hi everyone,

First of all, I have to say this site rocks! Besides the magazine filled with information, I find this site to have more info.

I am a Manager of Business Development for Apacer Memory. We are a solid-state drive (SSD) manufacturer that builds and designs SSD for Mil-Aero related customers. We have been manufacturing SSD with various form factors since 1999. Over the years, we have gain tremendous experience and domain know-how to build a SSD that rocks!

Our SSD range from various different interfaces, such as: PATA, SATA, USB, or Flash Card form factors. The form factors range from module type to drive types; like the 1.8" or 2.5" HDD direct replacement. The capacities range from 128MB to 128GB with extended operational temp range of -40C ~ +85C. Most of all, our SSD are mil-spec, such as: MIL810-F and NSA9-12.

We are located in Milpitas, California and have 4 engineers on site to service and support any technical, design or engineering issues you may need. We are able to fly coast to coast within 5 hours range to support you on site.

I've been with Apacer since Jan. 2000 and my primary focus has been working with design engineers from Mil-Aero, Medical, POS/ Kiosk/ Signage, ATCA/ microTCA and other vertical markets. Most of all, I work closely with many different computer board manufacturers to design what the Mil-Aero community needs.

Therefore, if anyone here is looking for a top notch SSD vendor with domain knowledge in embedded application or Mil-Aero related application, please contact me. Or if you simply have a project you are working and need different form factors of SSD for storage, please let me know.

Look forward to hearing from you all. Feel free to leave me a message or give me a jingle.

Sincerely,
Ruey (Louie) Chang

Hi everyone,

I am Team Leader of AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL MAGIC's DARPA Urban Challenge team and am looking for vendors of technology that can be used to make a US Army supply truck driverless.

The mission is to produce a demonstration vehicle that can drive itself from the supply depot, through city traffic and desert, to where the troops are and back. The US Army may need as many as 400,000 of these AutoPilots before 2015.

My work is being watched closely by government officials, the media, and intelligence agencies, so if your company could use the publicity contact me.

Some sponsors have reported that they have been swamped with inquiries, others have reported more managable level of inquiries about their products. Do you have anything that you would like to attatch to my demonstration truck?

My work is all about saving soldiers lives, who wouldn't want to help me do that?

GO ROBOTS !
